1. This voice seems to say "Hey you". You decide.

2. This captured voice seems to be calling to someone. From what we can determine it seems to be calling for "Jimmy, James" or "Ginny, James". A side note to this E.V.P. is that the same voice saying the same thing was captured 2 weeks earlier by a P.S.I. Investigator who had went to the house to do a preliminary walkthrough to determine equipment needed.
